By accessing or using LinkFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LinkFast provides URL shortening, digital business cards, and link-in-bio page services with analytics. We allow you to create shortened URLs, digital business cards, and customizable bio pages, track engagement, and analyze performance.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use a valid, non-disposable email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Prohibited Uses & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use LinkFast for any malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Phishing & social engineering: Creating links, cards, or bio pages that impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations to deceive users into revealing sensitive information
• Malware distribution: Linking to or hosting content that contains viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software
• Spam & bulk abuse: Using the platform for unsolicited mass messaging, automated link creation, or any form of spam distribution
• Fraud & scams: Creating deceptive content designed to defraud users, including fake giveaways, investment scams, or counterfeit storefronts
• Illegal content: Linking to content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child exploitation material, illegal drug sales, or weapons trafficking
• Harassment & hate: Using the platform to harass, threaten, defame, or promote violence or hatred against individuals or groups
• Intellectual property violation: Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Platform circumvention: Attempting to bypass rate limits, abuse detection systems, CAPTCHA verification, or other safety measures
• URL shortener chaining: Using LinkFast to shorten links from other URL shortening services (e.g., bit.ly, tinyurl.com) to obscure destinations

5. Enforcement & Account Termination

We actively monitor the platform for abuse using automated systems and user reports. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take any of the following actions without prior notice:

• Link deactivation: Individual links, cards, or bio pages that violate these terms may be immediately disabled
• Account suspension: Accounts suspected of abuse may be temporarily suspended pending review
• Account termination: Accounts confirmed to be in violation will be permanently banned and all associated content removed
• Content removal: Any content that violates these terms may be removed without notice
• Reporting to authorities: We may report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement agencies

Links that receive multiple abuse reports from users may be automatically deactivated pending review. Decisions regarding account termination are made at our sole discretion and are final.

6. Abuse Reporting

If you encounter a link, business card, or bio page that you believe violates these terms, you can report it using the “Report” button available on all public-facing pages, or by contacting us at linkfastcare@gmail.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action promptly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

8. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Refund Policy

Payments for LinkFast subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkFast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for the content of destination URLs created by users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
